The hotel is at a very good location on daman seaface or marine drive as it is called. And that is the only plus thing about this property. I was here yesterday on a Saturday evening for dinner and had to wait for almost an hour for the server to take the order. Food quality is below par, it's a good place just to sit and drink but i won't recommend with family as with family normally we prefer good qualities food and that is what is missing here . I will not recommend this to someone who is visiting Hotel jazira for restaurant

This was the last option I had in Daman as all other hotels were sold out due to Holi. Although going through the earlier reviews I knew that some sort of poor experience I am going to have. Yet, gave it a thought that this time things might have changed since the last review of this hotel was posted. Rooms- obviously overpriced for the festive season. I paid close to 7.3k for one last room that was left; that too on the ground floor. Price factor I understand but then the quality of service and amenities also has to match the same. Room was big but the furniture was not maintained properly. Linens were not up to the mark. I didn't feel that they were fresh. Mosquitoes were there and if you don't carry a repellent then you are gone.. Washroom: The worst part. No exhaust fan present. Despite being on the ground floor, the water pressure was too low. The taps were jammed and were hard to manoeuvre. Washroom was full of mosquitoes. Dining Area: that is the only good part you will get. To have food with a wide sea view is the only good thing about this property. Although the dining furniture were poorly maintained. Food: the taste of food was good but they are overpriced. You have to wait for more than an hour if you visit in the peak season. They will only take care of your order if you order alcohol. If you didn't then they will simply forget that you exist. Food quantity is good yet I feel it's overpriced. Room Service: it was ok. The staff was polite and was quick when I ordered food in room. During dinner time i called the room service for order however I was asked to dial the housekeeping. When dialled, no one responded. Finally had to call the reception and like a govt office they also tried to route me back to the same. However, they provided what I wanted. So I believe there is lack of coordination among themselves. Parking: The property has parking space but if you do not pay a tip to the security men then next time they won't recognise you that you have a room booked there. Parking space is limited and it can be a tough job to park your vehicle in a tight space. Although security men will be there to guide you park. In the morning, they wash your vehicle also which I liked as a service they offer. Overall it was a normal stay and nothing holds me back that I wish to come back in this property. There are ample good properties present in Daman with justifiable pricing and services. Book this property only if you have no other option left.

During the period of pandemic, no temperature was checked, no sanitizer was provided even at point of entry or exit. Rooms dirty, bathrooms even more dirty No room service, intercoms doesn’t work Whole hotel stinks and staff found drunk Nasty food. We went to nearby hotel and purchased food and ate. Jazira has worst food and dirty plates. It’s was a really bad experience. I got injured and they don’t even have contact for doctors and no wheelchair available. Horrible!

Third class hotel.not secure for girls.manager and staff characterless.food poor quality. Dirty rooms.poor room service.all amenities are damage.worst hotel for girls and family.wastage of money.thirdclass hotel

Food served burnt and cold after long chase. After complaint replaced with further junk. Tangdi kabab came with a coating of yellow coloured something. Fish kabab was burnt. Service pathetic one has to chase for everything from spoon to napkin. Food tasteless and expensive. Avoidable place
